The main process of printing used at T-shirts of Oz isn’t classed as printing at all. The designs are cut from a special type of vinyl known as Heat Transfer Vinyl HTV or Heat Press Vinyl HPV. Designs are applied with heat and pressure via a heat press onto the garments. This is a less messy and quicker procedure than screen printing.
HPV designs will last a long time. Usually outlasting the garment they are applied to with no colour fade.
YES DEFINITELY!!! While T-shirts of Oz doesn’t embroid in house we love the look and feel of embroidered garments, hats, caps and beanies so when a project calls for embroidery we organise the embroidery following the process from beginning to end.
